We are hiring:

Position Objective

You will support the management team in building a modern IT, digitalization, and funding structure. This role is ideal for graduates or young professionals with the ambition to grow into an IT management position.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee IT and digitalization projects (ERP expansion, JobRouter, IT security, server modernization)
• Contribute to funding applications (e.g., SAB, BAFA, KfW) and project reporting
• Support the integration of new machines and automation technology into the IT infrastructure
• Manage project documentation and act as the interface to external partners and service providers
• Gradually take on responsibility for data security, data protection, and process digitalization

Your Profile

• Degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Automation or a comparable field (also suitable for recent graduates)
• Basic knowledge of networks, servers, and IT security
• Initial experience with ERP systems or software projects is an advantage
• Interest in manufacturing processes within mechanical engineering/metalworking
• Strong analytical skills, eagerness to learn, and an independent working style
• Good communication and organizational skills
