Solid carbide end mills

We manufacture solid carbide end mills according to DIN standards or customer drawings for machining a wide range of materials – including aluminum, various steels, cast materials, and plastics.

In addition, we offer specially developed solid carbide end mills for machining difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium and Inconel.

For the production of our tools, we use carbides from leading manufacturers, always based on the latest developments in material technology. Standardized incoming goods inspections in our facility ensure consistent quality and guarantee that you always receive the best possible material.

Upon request, we can mark your tools according to your individual specifications.

Step drills made from solide carbide

We supply precisely manufactured step drills according to your drawings.
Step drills often allow several machining operations to be combined in a single tool – saving time and increasing cost efficiency.
Processes such as spot drilling and deburring can often be carried out with a single tool.

Reamers

Our reamers, made from solid carbide or cermet, are designed for the fine finishing of bores.
As with all our precision tools, we guarantee first-class material quality and manufacturing on state-of-the-art 5- and 6-axis CNC tool grinding machines.

Solid carbide profile tools / form cutters

Nowadays, when producing complex shapes, for example in the aerospace industry, in the power generation industry and in medical technology, form cutters have become established as the ideal application solution. Using profile tools made of solid carbide, the finished contour is formed in just one step. Thus, complicated shapes such as blade-profile grooves, gears produced by means of a single-part process or dove-tails can be produced to a high level of precision. We produce tools that have been optimally adapted to your machining profile, with facet cuts or raised relief, and offer both the regrinding and coating of these tools. The result is a powerful profile tool with high dimensional accuracy within a tolerance band of just a few microns.
